Strolling through the streets of the city center, the main square, September 24, is a good place to have a cold beer on its terraces as night falls and the Cathedral lights up. You will appreciate it, in a city that lives at 30 degrees of temperature all year round.

In the vicinity of the city there are many incredible places to go out to visit, places that preserve the atmosphere and customs of the towns of yesteryear.

For many tourists and backpackers, a passing city, but I advise you to stay a few days. Santa Cruz de la Sierra, is the city of rings and nightlife.

The traditional cuisine of Santa Cruz is delicious and is nurtured by its historic roots as well as by the produce of the region.
There are also international influences but indigenous condiments like the urucu and the fruit endemic to the area.

Santa Cruz has at least 40 museums and art galleries. Exhibitions and showings by great local and national artists, and frequent art-related events. There are also natural history, botanical and cultural museums.
